JM starting production of housing in Dockan, Malmö

JM has started production of the Fartyget project, which comprises 89 tenant-owned apartments.

The project constitutes the next stage in the development of the Kockum area in Malmö. Sales are underway, and occupancy is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2027, with completion estimated for the fourth quarter of 2027. The housing start is reported within the JM Residential Sweden business segment in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Including the units in this project, JM will have constructed 1,320 residential units in the attractive Dockan area.
