Board member of ITAB steps down at own request

In accordance with ITAB’s Articles of Association, the Board of Directors shall consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of nine members. Following Jan Frykhammar’s departure, the Board will consist of six members and thus meet the requirements of the Articles of Association.
