New number of shares and votes in Intrum AB (publ)

As a result of the directed share issue resolved upon by the extraordinary general meeting held on 10 October 2025, the number of shares and votes has increased in Intrum AB (publ) (“Intrum”). Through the directed share issue, 1,000,000 new shares were issued.

As of 31 October, the total number of shares and votes in Intrum amounts to 136,245,464. Intrum holds 1,064,651 own shares.
