2025 in summary

2025 was a transformative year in which the company improved margins, became more cost efficient and continued its transition towards a capital-light business model supported by technology and data. Performance improvements were supported by continued investments in operational technology, expanded digital channels and AI‑driven solutions, strengthening efficiency, collections performance and customer experience. In total, Intrum delivered SEK 92 billion to clients across 20 European markets while supporting millions of individuals in resolving debt.

• Total income amounted to SEK 17,030 million (18,033)
• Adjusted EBIT increased to SEK 5,345 million (4,548)
• Leverage ratio improved to 4.8x (5.3x)

The Annual Report also includes a Sustainability Statement, for the first time prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), as required under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
