Change in number of shares and votes in Intrum AB (publ)

The number of shares and votes in Intrum AB (publ) (“Intrum”) has been changed as a result of new shares being issued in the directed share issue carried out as part of Intrum’s recapitalisation transaction, resolved by the board of directors on 3 June 2025 and finally registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 15 July 2025.

Through the directed share issue, Intrum's share capital has increased by approximately SEK 322,201 and the number of shares and votes has increased by 13,524,546. Following the issue, the total number of shares and votes in Intrum amounts to 135,245,464 and the share capital to approximately SEK 3,222,006.
