Q1 2025 jämfört med Q1 2024:

• Orderingången för det första kvartalet ökade till 606,8 MSEK (377,1)
• Nettoomsättningen minskade till 483,6 MSEK (581,1)
• EBITA uppgick till 20,0 MSEK (51,9)
• Kostnader för byte till Nasdaqs huvudlista uppgick till 3,1 MSEK och ackumulerat till 8,4 MSEK
• Rörelseresultatet (EBIT) uppgick till 19,1 MSEK (51,0)
• Kassaflödet från löpande verksamhet uppgick till 34,2 MSEK (-19,7)
• Resultat per aktie före utspädning uppgick till 0,1 SEK (1,7)
• Resultat per aktie efter utspädning uppgick till 0,1 SEK (1,6)

Styrelsen för Inission AB lämnar denna delårsrapport 2025-05-08. Denna rapport har inte varit föremål för granskning av koncernens revisorer. Rapporten har upprättats i ett svenskt original och en engelsk översättning. Vid variationer mellan de två ska den svenska versionen gälla. Avrundningsdifferenser kan förekomma.

Inission AB (publ) has today released its interim report for the period January 1–March 31, 2025. The full report is available in English at www.inissiongroup.com.

In connection with the Annual General Meeting today, May 8 at 17:00 CET, Inission invites analysts, investors, media, and other stakeholders to a live-streamed presentation. Q1 2025 compared to Q1 2024

• The order intake for the first quarter increased to 606.8 MSEK (377.1)
• Net sales decreased to 483.6 MSEK (581.1)
• EBITA amounted to 20.0 MSEK (51.9)
• Costs related to the transition to Nasdaq’s Main Market amounted to 3.1 MSEK, with a cumulative total of 8.4 MSEK
• Operating profit (EBIT) amounted to 19.1 MSEK (51.0)
• Cash flow from operating activities amounted to 34.2 MSEK (-19.7)
• Earnings per share before dilution amounted to 0.1 SEK (1.7)
• Earnings per share after dilution amounted to 0.1 SEK (1.6)

The Board of Directors of Inission AB submits this interim report on 2025-05-08. This report has not been reviewed by the Group’s auditors. The report has been prepared in a Swedish original version with an English translation. In the event of any discrepancies between the two, the Swedish version shall prevail. Rounding differences may occur.
