The exercise period ran from September 16 through September 30, 2026. TO2 comprised 7,000,000 warrants with a subscription price of SEK 0.60 per share and could, if fully exercised, have provided the Company with proceeds of SEK 4.2 million before transaction costs. As no warrants were exercised, no new shares will be issued and no dilution will occur.
