The Board of Directors of Image Systems AB (publ) has resolved that the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2025 will be held on Thursday, 7 May 2026, in Linköping, Sweden.
The formal notice convening the Annual General Meeting will be published no later than four weeks prior to the meeting, in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act and the company's Articles of Association.
