CHANGE IN THE NUMBER OF SHARES AND VOTES IN HUMBLE GROUP

The number of shares and votes in Humble Group AB (“Humble Group”) increased during December as a result of the share issue of C 2025 shares within the framework of Humble Group’s incentive program LTIP 2025/2028. The number of shares increased by a total of 3,467,476 C 2025 shares.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 452,831,482 shares in Humble Group. 449,364,006 shares are ordinary shares with one vote per share, and 3,467,476 shares are C 2025 shares with one-tenth of a vote per share. The total number of votes in Humble Group is 449,710,753.6.
