Resolution on amendment of the articles of association regarding change of company name

The general meeting resolved, in accordance with the proposal of the board of directors, to amend the articles of association regarding the change of company name. Through the amendment the company name is changed from First Hotels AB (publ) to Hotel Fast SSE AB (publ).
