New number of shares and votes in Hoist Finance

During August 2026, the number of shares and votes in Hoist Finance AB (publ) has increased as a result of the directed share issue that is a part of the share investment program adopted by the annual general meeting held on 7 May 2026. A total of 429,714 shares were subscribed for and allotted in the new share issue, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the share investment program 2026. As of today, 31 August 2026, the number of shares and votes in Hoist Finance AB (publ) amounts to 87,852,320.
