Hoist Finance AB (publ) has successfully issued SEK 750 million of senior preferred bonds with a 3-year tenor. The bonds were issued under Hoist Finance's EMTN program and were priced at 3-month STIBOR +155 basis points. The issuance was met with strong demand from institutional investors with the order book being oversubscribed.

The proceeds from the bond issue will be used for general corporate purposes. The instruments will be listed on the regulated market of the Irish Stock Exchange plc (Euronext Dublin). The bonds are expected to be rated Baa2 by Moody's Ratings.
