The nomination committee proposes that Haypp Group’s 2025 Annual General Meeting elects six ordinary board members with no deputy directors. Linus Liljegren, Patrik Rees, Deepak Mishra and Adam Schatz are proposed to be re-elected as board members.

Ingrid Jonasson Blank and Anneli Lindblom have informed the nomination committee that they will not be available for re-election respectively as Chairman or members of the Borad of Directors.

Lars-Johan Jarnheimer has more than 40 years of experience from multinational companies such as Tele2 and Millicom, H&M, IKEA and the media company Egmont Group. Since 2015 he is the Chairman of Ingka Holding B.V (IKEA) and since 2019 the Chairman of Telia Company AB. Furthermore, he is the Chairman of Arvid Nordquist HAB, Elite Hotels and Grimaldi Industri AB. Lars-Johan Jarnheimer also has board assignment in Stillfront Group AB. He does not own any shares in Haypp Group.

Helena Juhlin Pink has 20 years of experience from multinational tech companies such as Google, Nokia, Soundtrap/Spotify och Adobe Since 2018 she runs the consultancy company Mareast and since 2025 she is the acting Director of Marketing of Fortnox. Furthermore, Helena Juhlin Pink is the Chairwoman of Mobile Interaction and has board assignments of Forte Digital and Avoki. She does not own any shares in Haypp Group.
