On 12 January 2026, Sander Andersen, Chairman of the Board of H100, has through Growthiogen Invest AS acquired a total of 80,000 shares in H100 at an average price of SEK 2.28 per share. Following this transaction, Sander Andersen together with Growthiogen Invest AS holds a total of 19,385,078 shares in H100 Group AB.

On 12 January 2026, Johannes Wiik, CEO of H100, has acquired a total of 39,589 shares in H100 at an average price of SEK 2.31 per share. Following this transaction, Johannes Wiik holds a total of 39,589 shares in H100 Group AB.
