H100 Group AB (“H100” or the “Company”) announces that primary insiders have acquired shares in the Company. On 20 January 2026, Johannes Wiik, CEO of H100, has acquired a total of 22,000 shares in H100 at an average price of SEK 1,99 per share.

Following this transaction, Johannes Wiik holds a total of 61,589 shares in the Company.
