MJ Foundation Fundacja Rodzinna, an entity closely associated with Mateusz Juroszek (Board Member and primary insider of Gentoo Media Inc.), yesterday acquired 10 263 shares in Gentoo Media at an average price of SEK 5,20 per share.

Following this transaction, MJ Foundation Fundacja Rodzinna holds 22 583 601 shares, representing 16,76% of the total outstanding shares and voting rights in Gentoo Media Inc. Total holdings by close associates of Mateusz Juroszek now stand at 29 026 627 shares.
