Gentoo Media Inc. announces change of home member state in relation to the delisting of its shares from Euronext Oslo Børs from 25 July 2025. The shares will continue to be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm with the same name and ISIN (ticker "G2M"). 

Gentoo Media Inc., a Delaware, US public limited liability company, hereby announces that the company has chosen Sweden as its home Member State for the purposes of Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 December 2004 on the harmonization of transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market and the Swedish Securities Market Act (2007:528) in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market.
