Genova Property Group AB (publ) ("Genova" or the "Company") informs that the total number of shares and votes in Genova amounts to 45,613,329 shares and 45,613,329 votes as of 30 June 2025. The total number of shares consists of 45,613,329 ordinary shares, entitled to one (1) vote each.

On 26 May 2025, the Board of Directors of Genova resolved on a directed share issue to the general public of ordinary shares in Genova based on the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting held on 5 May 2025. The new issue was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket) on 5 June 2025, entailing that the number of ordinary shares in Genova increased by 600,000 ordinary shares and the number of votes in the Company increased by 600,000 votes. Accordingly, there are 45,613,329 ordinary shares outstanding in Genova as of 30 June 2025.
