Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Genetic Analysis AS on 5 May and 27 May 2025 regarding a Subsequent Issue in the Company.
The owners of shares in Genetic Analysis AS per 2 June as registered in the share registry held by Euronext Securities Oslo will receive one (1) subscription right per share and consequently today is the last day where the shares are trading including such subscription rights.
The Genetic Analysis share will trade exclusive of such a right as from tomorrow.
