CEO Jonas Klarén has today acquired 500,000 warrants in GARO AB (publ).

The acquisition of the warrants has been made in accordance with GARO's warrant program 2025/2028 resolved at the Annual General Meeting on May 14 and at market value calculated by independent valuation agencies. The price of the warrant has been set at SEK 3.64.

Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new ordinary share in GARO in three years at a subscription price of SEK 28.85.
