Acquisition of Brazil Affiliate Websites

The acquisition will be settled in cash, paid in two installments across the second and third quarters of 2025. As part of the agreement, the sellers will remain involved in the ongoing development and operation of the websites for a period of 6 to 12 months.
The acquired websites have generated an average of approximately 150 First Time Depositors (FTD:s) per month in 2025 and are expected to enhance the group's existing online traffic channels in a cost-efficient manner.
