The Board of Directors of Fractal Gaming Group has decided on new financial targets that reflect the company's development and future plans. 2024 was a transformative year with a clear shift in Fractal's global brand and market position through expansion into both existing and new product categories. During the year, Fractal continued to strengthen the organization and operational work, while the long-term business strategy was updated with a clear goal for 2030 – all with a focus on profitable growth and creating the right conditions for the next step in Fractal's growth journey.

New financial targets

• Growth: >15 percent

Fractal's goal is to achieve an annual organic net sales growth in USD of 15 percent or more.

(Previous goal: annual organic net sales growth of more than 10 percent.)

• Profitability: >15 percent adjusted EBITDA margin         

Fractal's goal is to achieve an adjusted EBITDA margin of 15 percent or more.

(Previous goal: adjusted EBITDA margin of 20 percent.)

• Dividend: 50–80 percent of net profit         

Fractal intends to continuously invest in organic growth and business development. In addition, Fractal's goal is to distribute 50 to 80 percent of its net profit.

(Previous goal: goal to distribute 30 to 50 percent of its net profit, taking into account other factors such as financial position, cash flow, and growth opportunities.)

Dividend proposal for the 2025 Annual General Meeting
Ahead of the 2025 Annual General Meeting, the Board has decided to propose a dividend of SEK 1.25 per share for the financial year 2024. The record date for the proposed dividend is May 22, 2025, with expected payment on May 27, 2025.

Fractal Gaming Group's Capital Markets Day 2025
At Fractal's Capital Markets Day, which takes place on May 15, CEO Jonas Holst and other members of the executive management will present the company's updated business strategy and targets up to 2030.
