Board proposes no dividend for 2025

The Board of Directors of Fractal Gaming Group AB stated in the year-end report for 2025 its intention to return with a dividend proposal ahead of the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
 
In light of a global component market characterized by continued uncertainty, the Board proposes that no dividend be paid for the financial year 2025.
