Flerie AB's Nomination Committee for the 2027 Annual General Meeting
The Nomination Committee, which has been appointed in accordance with the principles adopted by the Annual General Meeting on 26 March 2026, consists of:
- Thomas Eldered appointed by T&M Participation AB and T&M Förvaltning AB
- Mattias Cullin appointed by the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund
- Lars Backsell appointed by Cajelo Invest Ltd
Shareholders having appointed members to the Nomination Committee represent 80.4 per cent of the voting rights for all shares of Flerie AB, as of 31 August 2026.
The Annual General Meeting 2027 will be held on March 23, 2027. Shareholders who would like to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee can do so by e-mail to nomination.committee@flerie.com. Proposals have to be received no later than January 7, 2027, to be considered by the Nomination Committee.
