The total number of shares in Flerie AB (publ) (the “Company”) as of 30 October 2026 amounts to 89,364,936 all of which are ordinary shares. There are no shares issued of series C. The total number of votes in the Company as of 30 October 2026 amounts to 89,364,936.
The change in the number of shares and votes in the Company is due to the issuance of 2,667,234 ordinary shares that constituted merger consideration in connection with the completed merger with Biosergen AB.
