Change in number of shares and votes in Flerie

As of 28 June 2024, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares and votes in Flerie AB (“Flerie”) amounts to 7,806,640,598. All issued shares comprise ordinary shares. There are no shares issued of series C.

The change in the number of shares and votes in Flerie is due to the new issues of ordinary shares which was resolved by the extraordinary general meeting on 10 June 2024 and by the board of directors on 13 June 2024. Through the new issues of shares, the number of shares and votes in Flerie increased by 7,273,952,948 from 532,687,650 to 7,806,640,598.
