Increased number of shares and votes in Fasadgruppen Group AB (publ)

As of today on 31 August 2022, the total number of shares and votes in Fasadgruppen Group AB (publ) amounts to 49,623,830 shares and votes.

The number of shares and votes has increased during August as a result of the new share issues of a total of 1,013,448 shares which was a part of the considerations for the acquisitions of RKC Construction Oy and Altana A/S.
