Increased number of shares and votes in Fasadgruppen Group AB (publ)

As of today on 31 May 2022, the total number of shares and votes in Fasadgruppen Group AB (publ) amounts to 48,610,382 shares and votes.

The number of shares and votes has increased during May as a result of the new share issue of 159,939 shares which was a part of the consideration for the acquisition of Kjær Knudsen A/S.
