Fasadgruppen to rebuild 480 balconies in Västra Frölunda

Fasadgruppen’s subsidiary Johns Bygg & Fasad AB has signed a contract with Riksbyggen to rebuild and glaze 480 balconies for a tenant-owner association in Västra Frölunda, Gothenburg.

The tenant-owner association Ruddalen 1 was formed in 1959 and consists of 10 high-rise buildings with a total of 720 apartments. The project includes renovation of existing balcony tiles and glazing, with products from Fasadgruppen's subsidiary Alnova. Work will begin in autumn 2023 and continue until spring 2025.

Enis Brahimi, CEO of Johns Bygg & Fasad said: “We are very happy and proud of the opportunity to carry out this assignment for Riksbyggen and to contribute to a better living environment for the Ruddalen 1 tenant-owner association.”
