The properties were built in the 1960s and, like many other buildings from the same period, are in need of renovation and energy efficiency measures. Sterner Stenhus Fasad's assignment includes drainage works, additional insulation and plastering of façades, replacement of windows and balcony renovations. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 49 million.
