Fasadgruppen to carry out extensive renovation of multi-family residential properties outside Stockholm
Fasadgruppen’s subsidiary Sterner Stenhus Fasad has signed a contract with Heimstaden for an extensive renovation of six multi-family residential properties in Skogås outside Stockholm.
The properties were built in the 1960s and, like many other buildings from the same period, are in need of renovation and energy efficiency measures. Sterner Stenhus Fasad's assignment includes drainage works, additional insulation and plastering of façades, replacement of windows and balcony renovations. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 49 million.
Pekka Vehmas, CEO of Sterner Stenhus Fasad said: “We have previously worked for Heimstaden in the same area and are pleased to have gained renewed confidence to carry out this extensive renovation, which will result in more energy-efficient buildings and a better living environment.”
