The properties were built in the 1960s and, like many other buildings from the same period, are in need of renovation and energy efficiency measures. Sterner Stenhus Fasad's assignment includes new façade insulation and plaster, window replacements and balcony renovations. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 21 million.
