Fasadgruppen’s subsidiary Sterner Stenhus Fasad has signed a contract with municipal housing company Svenska Bostäder for an extensive renovation of multi-family residential properties in Vårberg outside Stockholm.
The properties were built in the 1960s and, like many other buildings from the same period, are in need of renovation and energy efficiency measures. Sterner Stenhus Fasad's assignment includes new façade insulation and plaster, window replacements and balcony renovations. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 21 million.
Pekka Vehmas, CEO of Sterner Stenhus Fasad said: “We are proud to support Svenska Bostäder in this extensive renovation. In addition to better energy performance, this type of renovation provides a great boost to the living environment both indoors and outdoors.”
