Fasadgruppen to carry out extensive exterior renovation of residential area in Oslo
Fasadgruppen's subsidiary DVS Entreprenør has signed a contract to carry out an extensive renovation with energy efficiency measures for the jointly owned housing association Ellingsrud Boligsameie in Oslo.
Ellingsrud Boligsameie was built between 1981-1983 and consists of eight blocks with a total of 292 apartments. The existing façades are clad in corrugated iron and wood and are in need of modernisation. The project includes additional insulation, new façade cladding and replacement of all doors and windows. The work will start in December and last for about 18 months. The order value amounts to approximately NOK 60 million.

With comprehensive measures that include façade, windows and doors, the entire area is modernised, while the energy performance is significantly improved.”
