Fasadgruppen

Ellingsrud Boligsameie was built between 1981-1983 and consists of eight blocks with a total of 292 apartments. The existing façades are clad in corrugated iron and wood and are in need of modernisation. The project includes additional insulation, new façade cladding and replacement of all doors and windows. The work will start in December and last for about 18 months. The order value amounts to approximately NOK 60 million.
