Fasadgruppen

Sandaker Borettslag consists of 4 eight-storey buildings with a total of 344 apartments built in 1975-1976. The buildings currently have insufficient insulation with many cold bridges and low thermal comfort. As part of the project, all façades will be renovated, new insulation will be added, and all windows and entrance doors will be replaced. The work will last approximately 16 months, starting in September. The order value amounts to approximately NOK 56 million.
