The tenant-owner association comprises several buildings that were constructed in the 1950s. Like many other properties from the same period, they are in need of exterior renovation and energy efficiency measures. As part of the project, the façades and balconies will be renovated, roofs and windows will be replaced and FTX ventilation using the SmartFront method will be installed. As the buildings are considered particularly valuable from a cultural-historical perspective, there are strict requirements on the execution and that no distortion occurs. The work will be carried out over three years in six phases, and the order value amounts to approximately SEK 159 million.
