Stenklint was founded in 2009 and is based in Valby outside Copenhagen. The company is specialising in façade renovations, window replacements and project management, and it has extensive experience as a main contractor in connection with renovation projects. Stenklint has 22 full-time employees, and for the financial year 2021/22, its revenues amounted to approximately DKK 25 million.

Fasadgruppen is using existing cash to finance the acquisition. The seller has undertaken to re-invest part of the purchase price by acquiring existing shares in Fasadgruppen within the next 30 trading days for an amount corresponding to DKK 5 million. The shares bought under the re-investment are subject to a lock-up commitment for 24 months. The acquisition is expected to be completed during May.
