Fastum is a full-service provider of property management services, primarily to tenant-owner associations. Through the cooperation agreement, Fastum will recommend and market energy audits and various renovation measures that improve energy performance to its customers. Fasadgruppen will offer support to Fastum in the training and development of personnel in the services covered by the co-operation.

By conducting energy audits, tenant-owner associations get a clear picture of the energy savings that can be achieved with different types of measures. Depending on the type and condition of the property, it can be anything from window renovation to an upgrade of both the façade and ventilation."

The EU is expected to decide shortly on the final revision of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD). The directive is expected to require many tenant-owner associations to carry out energy renovations to meet new, stricter energy efficiency requirements.
