Fasadgruppen has entered a framework agreement for façade renovations and other exterior building work with the property maintenance company PHM Group’s Swedish branch. The framework agreement covers all of Sweden and initially runs until 31 December 2024.
PHM Group is a Nordic provider of property maintenance services through its wholly owned subsidiaries. PHM has local operations throughout Sweden with a focus on local presence and recognition. Among its 25 Swedish subsidiaries are Cemi, Crendo, FF Fastighetsservice and Svefab.
Pål Warolin, CEO of Fasadgruppen said: “Fasadgruppen and PHM share many values, and both run their businesses through local market-leading subsidiaries. With this framework agreement, we create a long-term cooperation that enables the companies to work together and explore joint growth opportunities.”
