Fasadgruppen signs framework agreement for façade and roof work with SBB

Fasadgruppen has entered into a framework agreement with Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB ("SBB") for work on building exteriors. The framework agreement applies throughout Sweden and will initially run during 2023.

SBB is the Nordic region’s leading property company in social infrastructure. The company’s strategy is to long term own and manage social infrastructure properties in the Nordics and rent regulated residential properties in Sweden, and to actively work with property development.

Through the framework agreement, SBB has the possibility to contract Fasadgruppen for work on the exterior of its properties, such as façade, windows, balconies, roofs and sheet metal work.

Pål Warolin, CEO of Fasadgruppen said: “Fasadgruppen is pleased to begin this collaboration with SBB. In addition to ongoing maintenance, SBB is actively working to improve the energy efficiency of its property portfolio, and measures on for example the façade and windows have a significant positive impact on overall energy consumption.”
