Fasadgruppen recruits Daniél Bergman as Head of M&A

MARKN.

Fasadgruppen has recruited Daniél Bergman as new Head of M&A for the group. Daniél will be part of the management team with responsibility for leading and developing Fasadgruppen’s acquisition agenda.

Between 2008-2022, Daniél Bergman was CEO of Tello Service Partner, which was acquired by Fasadgruppen in February 2021. Before that, he worked in corporate finance at PwC. He holds a M. Sc. in Business and Economics and a B. Sc. in Commercial Law from Uppsala University.

Martin Jacobsson, incoming CEO of Fasadgruppen, said: “I am very pleased to welcome Daniél Bergman as the new Head of M&A for Fasadgruppen. Daniél has a unique profile with experience from both the acquisition and entrepreneurial side, and therefore has a great understanding of the businesses we are looking at and the needs of the entrepreneurs.”

Daniél Bergman said: “I look forward to leading Fasadgruppen's efforts to consolidate the Nordic façade industry. We will continue to focus on companies with skilled entrepreneurs, strong local positions and a history of stable profitability. I also find it particularly interesting with businesses that strengthen the whole of Fasadgruppen with expertise in energy-efficient and future-proof properties.”

Daniél will take office on 1 September 2023. He succeeds Martin Jacobsson who becomes CEO of Fasadgruppen on 12 May 2023.
