Fabege has signed a letter of intent regarding the letting of Nöten 4

The property's total area amounts to approximately 66,000 sqm. The letter of intent shall be converted into a lease agreement during the third quarter of 2023 and occupancy is scheduled to commence in the middle of 2025.
