BSH moves to Solna Business Park
BSH will move into its new premises in summer 2025. The office, including 750 square metres of showroom on the ground floor, has high ceilings, large windows and open atriums. This will be a modern and pleasant workplace for BSH's employees and a positive addition to the streetscape.
- "We are very happy that BSH is moving to us and thereby further strengthening the mix of brands in the area. We look forward to welcoming all the new employees to Solna Business Park," says Johan Zachrisson, Business Development Manager at Fabege.
The property is certified to BREEAM-SE very good level, which defines high sustainability requirements.
- "To strengthen our corporate culture and internal cooperation, we first looked for office space where everyone could be on the same floor of the building. In addition, we wanted to have our four showrooms and outlet store at street level with good exposure outwards. The new premises in Solna Business Park most certainly fulfil these requirements.
The vibrancy in the area, the selection of good restaurants and services, and being able to stay in the same area as we are currently in, with the metro, tram, commuter train and inter-city train connections within a few minutes' walk, were very important factors for us and our employees," says Mahsa Bredin, Nordic Facility Manager at BSH Home Appliances AB.
Solna Business Park is a bustling area with offices, services and shops. The conditions are now also being created for residential properties in the area. New establishments at street level have contributed to creating an even more vibrant neighbourhood due to the even broader range of services. Existing tenants such as Pocket in the park, Actic and Aiden by Best Western have acquired great new neighbours such as Smedens mathall, Scenen Konferens and F9. And recently, we have also agreed new lettings with CGI, HSB, Mekonomen, Miele, SEK and now also BSH.
Tenant & Partner acted as tenant advisor to BSH Home Appliances AB.
