The parties will begin project implementation, with the launch towards Ekomni's consumer market planned for the beginning of 2025

The agreement is initially for one year with automatic 12-month extensions if neither party chooses to terminate the agreement. The agreement is a licensing deal where Eyeon Group will receive a license fee per end-user who subscribes to the service, as well as an implementation fee.
