EYE World AB (publ): Presents Growth Vision for 2026 and announces new advisor for capital raising
EYE World's Chairman of the Board, Mattias Kaneteg, will participate in an interview with Mergermarket (info.mergermarket.com). In connection with this, the Board has resolved to communicate its growth vision for 2026 and to introduce Houlihan Lokey as the Company's new advisor. Eye World has previously communicated its growth vision for 2025 and now follows up with new targets for 2026, as the Company continues its international expansion, scalable partnerships within the SaaS model, and expansion of its reseller network. As part of achieving this vision, Eye World is proud to announce Houlihan Lokey as its strategic advisor for capital raising.
For 2026, the Board's clear ambition is for Eye World to continue the growth journey initiated in 2024-2025, with the following vision:
- SEK 200 million in ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue)
- 50% EBITDA margin
- An acquisition pace of one acquisition per quarter
The Company's M&A partners are, as previously, Translink Corporate Finance for acquisitions, and now also Houlihan Lokey as long-term advisors for capital raising and potential future exit.
