Final Payment for the Acquisition of MyFirstApp Group S AB

MyFirstApp Sweden AB announces today that the final payment for the acquisition of MyFirstApp Group AB has been determined. The payment will be made through the issuance of shares valued at 90,000 SEK, calculated based on the 30-day volume-weighted average price (VWAP) between June 4 and July 19, 2024. The price per share is estimated at 2.10 SEK, and the number of new shares amounts to 42,857.
Number of shares after the issuance: 4,452,156 shares.
Share capital after the issuance: 616,761.890 SEK.
