As a result of, in accordance with previously announced information, the directed issue of 3,303,407,120 Class B shares resolved on 31 August 2026 as well as the directed issue of an additional number of 1,000,000,000 Class B shares resolved on 31 August 2026, the number of shares and votes in Episurf Medical AB (publ) (“Episurf”) has changed. 

Through the above-mentioned changes, the total number of shares in Episurf amounts to 14,991,836,513, of which 473,357 are Class A shares and 14,991,363,156 are Class B shares, and the total number of votes in Episurf amounts to 14,992,783,227.
