The subscription period in Enersize Oyj's rights issue begins today, November 2, 2022

Today, November 2, 2022, the subscription period begins in Enersize Oyj ("Enersize" or the "Company") rights issue of shares and free warrants (the "Rights Issue")

For complete information on the Rights Issue, please refer to the investment memorandum drawn up in connection with the Rights Issue. The investment memorandum is available on the Company's website and will also be available on Mangold Fondkommission AB's website.

Instructions for reporting will be available on the Company's website and on the Mangold Fund Commission's website.
