Insider and board member of Enersize intend to exercise stock options of series 1/2017
Enersize Oyj (“Enersize” or “the Company”) hereby announces that the insider and board member Sami Mykkänen intends to exercise all of its holdings of series 1/2017 stock options (the “Stock options”), which were decided by the Board on 20 March 2017.
In total, there are 2,232,500 Stock options, for subscription of the same number of new shares in the Company, which corresponds to approximately 67 percent of the total number of Stock options and an investment of approximately EUR 4.5. The subscription period for shares with Sami Mykkänen's Stock options is March 20, 2017 - December 31, 2024, and the subscription price for one share is EUR 0.000002. The subscription price has been determined in accordance with an agreement on stock options entered into on 30 September 2014.
Through the exercise of the Stock options, the number of shares in the Company increases to 474,780,205 shares, which corresponds to a dilution of less than 1 percent.
