Enersize postpones publication of the 2025 Annual Report

Enersize Oyj (“Enersize” or the “Company”) announces that the publication of the Company’s Annual Report for the financial year 2025 will be postponed.

The postponement is due to ongoing work to ensure the quality and completeness of the financial information together with the Company’s auditors.
The Annual Report is expected to be published no later than 8 May 2026. The previously communicated publication date was 29 April 2026.
