Enersize expands its offering – now providing risk assessments to support safety and regulatory compliance
Enersize has expanded its offering to industrial clients by conducting professional risk assessments of compressed air systems for four customers in the food and manufacturing sectors. This is a natural extension of the company’s expertise in analysis, safety, and compressor services – and a direct response to the industry’s growing need for structure, compliance, and technical depth.
The risk assessments are carried out in accordance with current legislation and established standards from authorities such as the Swedish Work Environment Authority, the Electrical Safety Authority, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Chemicals Agency, MSB (Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency), SIS (Swedish Standards Institute), and the National Food Agency. The service covers not only the compressor or blower itself, but the full technical environment in which the system is installed:
- compressors and blowers
- installation space
- compressed air receivers
- air filters and dryers
- oil separators and condensate treatment systems
- piping systems within the compressed air area
“Today, many companies are facing stricter demands for both safety and traceability in their energy systems. By offering risk assessments with the same technical precision as the rest of our services, we help customers gain a complete picture – from energy efficiency to workplace safety risks,” says Fredrik Arrigucci, CEO of Enersize.
The service is particularly relevant in light of updated regulations from the Swedish Work Environment Authority, which now require structured risk assessments to ensure that work equipment is used in a safe and legally compliant manner.
“For us, this is a logical step. But for our customers, it can be crucial – it helps them stay ahead, not only in terms of safety, but also in their overall sustainability efforts,” Arrigucci concludes.
