Board Member of Enea to Resign at His Own Request
Enea AB (publ) today announces that the board member Jan Frykhammar is resigning from the Board of Directors at his own request effective immediately. He is resigning for personal reasons.
According to Enea’s articles of association, the Board of Directors should have at least five and not more than seven members. After Jan Frykhammar has left the Board of Directors, it will have five members pursuant to the articles of association.
